After many years in corporate, I didn't agree with the culture and the limits that were imposed. I up and quit my 14 year career for the only company I had worked for. From there, I decided to work for a small business helping build their back end of the company. I fell in love with working for a small business. I loved the hustle and the grind, my "everything is figureoutable" mentality combined nicely with the fast paced growing company. Just shy of three years later, I once again I found myself being restricted and not seeing eye to eye with the company after pouring everything I had into the company to keep it running during the COVID-19 global pandemic, I quit in 2021.

 

I followed my dream of becoming an entrepreneur and helping other businesses and started my Virtual Assistant business. Not soon after that, I realized that my passion is the strategic end of the back end of a business (Operations) mixed with the implementation of the strategy (Assistance).
